I like this concept, its super cute!! These little bird illustrations are adorable and fit so well with the vibes of this game.  If you continue this game for the final I would love to see a background of the forest or of a nature esc color scheme, to help tie in the games visuals with the story as the black background is a bit jarring.

Love the illustration of the birds, super cute! I like your style of writing. All of the characters are well developed.  Hope there is more ending to it, would love to see this as a finished game.

The illustrations of the birds are so great! It is a very cool playable game and I like the design of pop-up windows from the words. The story is well-written and the theme is clear. Also, I like the dialogue game format of interaction between the stories and the player.

I love your little bird art! The game plays smoothly, but it seems after a couple test runs that my choices don't really mean much and there's only two endings. I'd love to see this world expanded on in the future if you decide to revisit it!

I love the bird images, I would love to see the eagle aswell she was kinda a girl boss. It feels like an old fable where you learn to not be like the birds, like a red riding hood. I would love forest noises and to see more of the forest in the color palette of the background and words! Other than that very cool game

Damn are there no good endings or do I just make really bad choices? This game is so well written, you do a great job developing characters, just through your words, and the images are a great addition. I just want the little birds to be happy. I think some sound design would be a great addition to your game, if you revisit it

All the endings are bad. If I do this for my final, there will be much happier endings.

This definitely does feel storybook-ish, and I had a lot of fun with it! It's very sad, but I enjoyed the story. The way you cut off text and had the eagle speak in red was very good for the suspense!

I’d definitely like if we as the player could choose our name! It’s a small detail, but it’s something that I think makes the experience a lot more personal. If you go back to this for your final, I’d definitely like to see more illustrations! The text coloration and movement was a great hint that the eagle didn’t have your best intentions in mind, but I was also curious what they would look like. Additionally, I think keeping a dim image of the forest in the background could help keep the game more engrossing! We see the image once, but I think keeping it back there would keep the player in the setting more consistently; I found myself at times forgetting that I, too, was a bird.

Viability: I enjoyed the different endings, I didn't expect that I would be able to escape but leave my friends behind, it actually made me feel guilty! It was fun to play through the different endings.
Presentation: The little bird drawings were so cute! If there was more time to work on this/if it were developed further in the future, it'd be interesting to have little dialogue boxes with the birds' pictures next to their text. More illustrations as a whole would be great in the future, it has a great storybook feel to it!
Theme: The quick, sketchy and cross-hatched lines were a really nice style to compliment the aesthetic of the game.  I really like the dark color scheme (I might be biased though), it adds to the mysterious element.
Engagement: The eagle character was well done, I loved how mysterious it was, and the shock factor of the sudden betrayal.
